Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law.

使用者義務：

• 您必須年滿 18 歲（或法定成年年齡）方可建立帳戶。
• 您不得利用本服務進行任何非法交易，包括但不限於洗錢、資助恐怖主義或詐騙。
• 您同意不干擾服務的正常運作，包括嘗試破解安全性或散佈惡意軟體。
• 您對您帳戶下發生的所有活動負全部責任。

Your BluePay Account

You may need a BluePay Account in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own BluePay Account, or your Account may be assigned to you by an administrator. If you are using an Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

帳戶安全：您負責保護您的登入憑證與 PIN 碼。若發現帳戶遭未經授權存取，請立即通知我們。溫哥華集團對於因您未保護憑證而導致的損失不負法律責任。

支付與費用

使用 BluePay 進行個人轉帳目前是免費的，但特定商家交易或提現可能會產生手續費。所有適用的費用將在交易確認前清楚顯示。溫哥華集團保留隨時調整費率的權利，並會提前通知使用者。

智慧財產權

BluePay 的軟體、介面設計、商標及品牌資產均屬溫哥華集團所有。未經書面許可，您不得複製、修改或進行逆向工程。

責任限制與免責聲明

本服務按「現狀」提供。我們不保證服務永遠不會中斷或完全無誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內，溫哥華集團對於因使用本服務而產生的間接、附帶或懲罰性損害（包括利潤損失）概不負責。

Modifications to the Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.

Termination

BluePay may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

若您違反本條款，我們有權在不經通知的情況下立即終止或暫停您的帳戶。您也可以隨時透過設定頁面申請關閉帳戶。

準據法與爭議解決

本條款受溫哥華集團總部所在地之法律管轄。若有爭議，雙方同意先進行誠信協商，若協商不成，則提交所在地法院仲裁。
